The Focal Element

I’m a photographer who moves fluidly between city streets, abstract compositions, and the remote wilderness. My work isn’t defined by one style, it shifts depending on the environment and the story within the frame. I’m drawn to bold shapes, subtle moments, and strong contrasts that reveal the scale and emotion of a place.
Whether I’m photographing a the streets or a quiet stretch of wilderness, I look for a focal element, sometimes a person, a shape, shadow, or detail that grounds the image and gives it meaning. I work in both colour and black & white, letting the atmosphere guide the mood.
My goal is simple: I aim to create work that I feel is honest, minimal, and visually striking.
